The Punchliner Comedy Club takes over Ebony Cabaret located on Deck 5 for family-oriented and R-rated shows from a rotating lineup of comedians. Don't forget that only the brave sit up front by the stage. Ocean Suites also include VIP check-in, walk-in closet and bathroom with whirlpool. A Carnival Glory Interior Upper/Lower stateroom creatively maximizes space for a pair of cruisers. These staterooms feature all the same amenities as other Interior staterooms, with a different layout — including one Twin bed, and either an upper Pullman or sofa bed. They also feature linens from the Carnival Comfort Collection, a full private bathroom and more.
Carnival Cruise Line Fleet
The Carnival Glory cabins are some of the largest that you’ll find in the industry and quite a few of them come with their own balconies. If you get an exterior cabin, you’ll have more than 200 square feet of space, along with a seating area in addition to your bed. Camp Ocean serves lunch to children on port days, but not sea days, so parents will need to collect their children to feed them lunch. Dinner is served each evening, except the first night of the cruise. Parents must sign all children ages 2 to 8 in and out to camp.
Ready to get started? It’s simple...
There are also family-centric cabins that are located near the children’s center and outfitted with a tub (because if you’re a traveling parent who’s ever tried to hose off a toddler in a shower, you know what a pain that can be). Before you even set sail, you have to pick the best cabin for you, as this is what can make or break your cruise. After all, you want to make sure that you have all the space you need to enjoy a relaxing time away from all your worries and cares. A Carnival cruise is not just for adults, kids, or grandparents. Carnival ensures there’s enough love to go around with age-appropriate programs and activities for all ages.
Panorama Deck
Old Glory, the main atrium, features paintings of U.S. flags. Carnival Glory's Platinum and Golden Dining Rooms are designed after the famed Silver Temple and Golden Temple in Kyoto, Japan. Amber Palace, a 1,400-seat theater is inspired by Russia's famed Amber Room, a gift by Frederick the First of Prussia to Peter the Great in 1715. In an aft-view extended balcony, there are two twin beds (or king) and a sofa bed in a 185-square-foot cabin, which accommodates up to three passengers.
Adults-Only Serenity
There’s so much to do on each level and I loved how easy it was to navigate my way around. We picked out a room with a Balcony (of course) and I would not suggest you not to do the same. It was so amazing being able to go enjoy the night sea breeze and star gaze in the middle of the morning. And it was even more incredible being able to enjoy our first morning coffee on the balcony quiet and peaceful avoiding all the morning chaos of everyone getting ready to leave the ship. Spend that little extra money and get a room with a view.
Main Deck

The casual Red Sail Lido buffet offers a number of food stations with a variety of choices, including a salad bar, deli, dessert station, daily regional cuisines. You'll also find outdoor poolside grills, specialty coffee bar, complimentary sushi bar, pizzeria and 24-hour room service that provides a limited selection of items. Speaking of colorful personalities, you'll enjoy a variety of stand-up comedians at The Punchliner Comedy Club™.

While Camp Ocean is free from the time it opens to 10 p.m., it does incur a charge from 10 p.m. Known as the Night Owls program, the charge is $6.75 per hour, per child, plus 18 percent gratuity. In addition, on some nights Night Owls hosts themed parties, such as Pajama Jam or Rock and Glow Mardi Gras, instead of offering babysitting. These parties cost $15 per child, plus 18 percent gratuity.

With two chairs and a small table, this larger balcony covers 60 square feet. The 185-square-foot Premium Vista Balcony staterooms include two twin beds (or king) and holds up to two passengers. However, the balcony wraps around the aft corner of Carnival Glory, providing passengers with 75 square feet of outdoor space. Carnival Cruises is fun and affordable cruising for all ages.
I am so excited to share about my cruise ship and my experience over the next few more blog posts. There’s almost always a show on display on this cruise ship. No matter what your favorite types of shows actually are, you’re pretty much guaranteed to find one you like. There are, of course, larger luxury cabins that have balconies, more space and extra perks. The cabin you choose all depends on your travel needs and your price range. Many staterooms accommodate up to four passengers, with connecting cabins available for larger groups traveling together.
The scope of works also included repairs, hull cleaning/painting, routine maintenance, cabin upgrades and renovation of public spaces (including new flooring and repainting). The Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge (deck xx) and Dreams Photography Studio (deck xx) were added. The wellness complex (Cloud 9 Spa) and the Warehouse Arcade were renovated. The Camp Ocean (children's complex) was revamped, and a large video wall was installed (facilitating the Space Cruisers Carnival program via partnership with NASA's Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex on Merritt Island, Florida). Updates received various public areas, including all stairways/hallways. The boat has 13 passenger decks, of which 8 are with cabins.
Over 50% of all staterooms are outside, 60% of those are with balconies. The 2003-built Carnival Glory cruise ship is the second of Carnival's Conquest-class vessels, with sisterships Conquest, Freedom, Valor, Liberty. Carnival Glory attracts many families, including several multigenerational families, so passengers range in age from infants to seniors. There didn't appear to be one primary age group, but rather a mix of all ages. Because the ship sails from U.S. ports, the majority of passengers are American. I was really really pleased with the food options onboard the Glory.
Not to even mention some of the best stern-side views you'll find anywhere. Get ready to relax as you gaze upon Carnival Glory gentle wake from your spacious balcony. We're not just viewing this ship with rose-colored lenses, either — it's clear that the fun, eye-catching experiences all around you are the real deal... Even the fantasy world of Seuss At Sea™, where your favorite books (and characters!) come to life before your eyes.
On Carnival Glory, the majority of services are found near the atrium on Decks 3, 4 and 5. On Deck 3, you'll find Guest Services, the Shore Excursions Desk and the Silver Art Gallery. Deck 4 is home to the Pixels Gallery and Dreams Studio, where you can purchase souvenir photos, picture frames, scrapbooking supplies, camera equipment and other photo-related items.
All staterooms share many basic features, including closets, hair dryers, in-room safes, mini-refrigerators and flat-screen TVs. Throughout the cruise, the fitness center hosts a number of free and fee-based classes. Free classes include sunrise stretch, killer abs and evening stretch. Fee-based classes range from spin classes and body sculpt boot camp to yoga and Pilates. Prices range from $12 to $20 per class; an unlimited class pass is available for $79.
